Our Burleigh Studio is located at 90 Kortum Drive, Burleigh Heads - Studio #4.

Our pop up Brisbane events will be held at The Station, Fortitude Valley.

Shipments will be processed within 3 days of your order being placed. Shipping timeframes can vary during busy postal periods - Black Friday, Christmas etc so please be mindful.

All orders are final & we do not offer refunds on our DIY Kits or Texture Cream.

WORKSHOPS
Cancellations can be made up until 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.
Cancellations made up until 24 hours prior to the event will be provided with a Gift Voucher to use within 12 months.
Cancellations with 24 hours or less notice - or no shows, will forfeit their funds and will not receive a credit.

PRIVATE EVENTS

Cancellations can be made up to 7 days prior to your event. Up to TWO people from your event can cancel up to 48 hours prior to the event, and receive a gift card, NOT a refund, given that there are a minimum of 10PAX still attending.

All private events require a minimum of 10 paying attendees.
